Digsmed was a Danish design company, based in Roskilde, Denmark, producing high quality household goods primarily in teak, glass and iron during the 1960's and 1970's. The company worked closely with Holmegaard, who produced the glassware for their products.
The Digsmed factory closed in 1975. The high quality of the designs and materials, combined with their short production period (approx. 10 years), make Digsmed home goods highly sought after today by Mid Century Modern enthusiasts.
