Holmegaard Denmark Glass Lamp, designed by Michael Bang for his "Lamp Art" series in 1969. This is an asymmetrical Table Lamp made of Blue frosted glass with a wavy design. Labelled to base. 

Height 6.5 in (16.5cm) to top of glass, 7in (18cm) at widest point.
