Stoneware Plaque depicting a bird with the body glazed in Blue.  Produced by the Soholm Pottery, Denmark.  Impressed to the back with the model number 3589/1 and dated 17 Dec 1980.  These plaques were probably in production from the mid 1970's and are attributed to Josef Simon and Noomi Backhausen.
